Peri Peri Paneer Bread Pakoda

Ingredients
For batter:
- 2 cup besan
- 2tbsp rice flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cup water
Other ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 slices of paneer (40-50gm each)
- 3tbsp GOURMELT PERI PERI BUTTER
- Oil for frying
Method:
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the batter together.
- Add water gradually and whisk until you get a smooth batter without any lumps. Set aside
- Spread GOURMELT PERI PERI BUTTER on one side of breads evenly
- Place the slice of paneer on 2 breads and cover with the other slices. Gently press and cut diagonally.
- Heat oil in a pan and bring to medium-high heat
- Dip the stuffed bread in the batter and coat evenly, deep fry in hot oil.
- Flip and fry both sides until golden brown & crispy.
- Serve hot & enjoy with your favourite chutneys and sauces.
