
Chocolate Truffle

Ingredients
- 250gm Milk/Dark Chocolate Chopped
- 125ml Heavy Cream
- 2tbsp Gourmelt Vanilla Espresso Butter
- Cocoa Powder for Serving
Method:
1. Melt the Chopped Chocolate with Gourmelt Vanilla Espresso Butter
2. Heat the cream in a pan until it simmers.
3. Pour the cream over chocolate mix and let it sit for 2-3 minutes
4. Mix well until chocolate is melted completely.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
6. Use a spoon to scoop out chocolate and roll into balls using your hands
7. Coat with cocoa powder and serve.
