Garlic & Herb Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 250gm cooked Macaroni
- 30gm Gourmelt Roasted Garlic and Herb Butter
- 125ml Milk
- 125ml Heavy Cream
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 125gm Grated Cheese of Choice
Method of preparation:
1. Melt Gourmelt Roasted Garlic and Herb Butter in a pan.
2. Add milk, cream, salt and pepper to the pot, mix well.
3. Bring to a boil and add the cooked macaroni. Mix well.
4. Transfer to a heat safe bowl and cover with grated cheese.
5. Bake at 190 degrees celsius until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
