French Toast
August 4, 2021Wake up to the sweet comfort of French toast, golden and crispy on the outside, soft and custardy within.
Ingredients
- 20 gm Gourmelt Vanilla Espresso Butter
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Salt
- 6-8 Bread Slices
- 100 ml Milk
Method of Preparation
1. Beat eggs, salt and milk in a bowl.
2. Add melted Gourmelt Vanilla Espresso Butter (it’s okay if the butter caramelises) and add to the egg mixture
3. Whisk well.
4. Dip the bread slices one by one in the egg mix and place on a preheated pan.
5. Cook on each side until golden brown.
6. Top with a dollop of Gourmelt Vanilla Espresso Butter.
